Our lambs are turned out on beautiful mountain pasture rich with lush green grass to enhance the tenderness and marbling of the meat We offer a cut sheet that is sent to the butcher so you can enjoy your very own specialty cuts.
All deposits go to the purchase price of the animal. A finished, fully processed, wrapped and packed lamb will weigh between 55-65 lbs for a total price of $600.
Bosalita Livestock includes the cut and wrap fee in the total pricing of the meat this way it's easier for the consumer.
Our products are pre-ordered with a deposit and then picked-up in Palo Cedro, CA or a nearby city. A meeting place can be discussed with Bosalita Livestock after your order.
