 Bosalita Livestock is a small family farm located in the mountains of Northern California in Shasta County. We are proud to raise all natural, pastured beef and lamb and provide superior meats direct to customers. The steers are finished out on non gmo grains and sweet grass hay for 120 days that gives the meat a wonderful marbling and tenderness. Bosalita Livestock offers grass fed organically raised beef and lamb as well. We strive for high tenderness scores which come from a good breeding program.  

We specialize in selling whole or half steer shares, finished lamb, and a selection of “butcher boxes” that our customers love. Our products are pre-ordered with a deposit and we offer delivery as well.
